Terms & Conditions


Article 1 - Realization agreement

1.1 An agreement between Casa Eleonora/FlowinNature and the customer is established by the acceptance of the offer of Casa Eleonora/FlowinNature by the customer.


The day of conclusion of the agreement is the day on which the customer receives the written confirmation of the booking by Casa Eleonora/FlowinNature.


1.2 The content of the stay is determined by the data as published on the website of  Casa Eleonora/FlowinNature or in other publications of offers from Casa Eleonora/FlowinNature.


Apparent errors or mistakes in a publication do not bind Casa Eleonora/FlowinNature and Casa Eleonora/FlowinNature is not responsible for publications such as photos, texts and brochures that are published under the responsibility of third parties.


1.3 Any deviation or modification of the holiday offered by Casa Eleonora/FlowinNature required by the customer requires Casa Eleonora/FlowinNature’s written consent.

If a change can no longer be realized, the customer cannot claim it. Any additional costs incurred by Casa Eleonora/FlowinNature for the deviation or change will be charged to the customer.

1.4 Occasional or structural changes in the timetables and flight schedules of airlines can affect the travel time.

Except for claims to any travel and / or cancellation insurance taken out by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund of part of the travel sum if the times of departure do not deviate more than 36 hours from the original time as a result of said changes. Casa Eleonora/FlowinNature is not liable for damage that is the result of delay.

1.5 A customer who enters into an agreement with Casa Eleonora/FlowinNature on behalf of or for someone else is jointly and severally liable for all obligations arising from the agreement.

The customer who enters into the agreement will provide the information required for the conclusion of the agreement and its implementation, concerning himself and / or any other customer (s).

1.6 If, at the conclusion of the agreement, the customer makes certain preferences known with regard to services to be provided by Casa Eleonora/FlowinNature, this will be taken into account as much as possible.

However, no rights can be derived from this.

Article 2 - Payment

2.1 After the conclusion of the agreement, a deposit of 200 euros per person must be paid as instructed in the received email.

2.2 The rest of the payment must be paid six weeks before the arrival date.

Article 3 - Travel documents, travel documents and luggage

3.1 The customer must be in possession of a valid passport upon departure and during the holiday.

The documents sent in advance by Casa Eleonora/FlowinNature must be checked by the customer for correctness.


3.2 Casa Eleonora/FlowinNature is not liable if the customer cannot participate in the trip, or parts thereof, due to shortcomings in his travel documents. All related costs are for the account of the customer.


3.3 The required travel documents if any will be made available to the customer at least 10 days before the day of departure, unless this period must be exceeded for justified reasons.

The customer who has not received the necessary travel documents on time is obliged to report this to Casa Eleonora/FlowinNature no later than 8 days before departure.


3.4 Casa Eleonora / FlowinNature is not liable for loss, damage or loss of luggage, travel documents and travel documents during the journey and the stay at Casa Eleonora/FlowinNature.

The customer is responsible for the insurance (s) referred to in Article 8.3.


Article 4 - Cancellation by the customer and substitution

4.1 If an agreement is canceled by the customer, the following amounts are due for each customer:

up to 4 weeks before departure date: no fees will be charged. The amount mentioned in Article 2.1 will be refunded;

from 4 weeks to 2 weeks before departure date: 50% of the travel sum will be charged.

from 2 weeks to the day of departure or later: no refund will be made.100% of the travel sum will be charged.


4.2 If a customer is unable to attend, he can substitute another person for him, on the understanding that the costs related to the conversion or re-purchase of the airline ticket will be borne by the canceling customer.

These general terms and conditions also apply to the subsequent customer.

The original customer is jointly and severally liable for payment of the travel sum to Casa Eleonora/FlowinNature in addition to his replacement.

Article 5 - Termination by Casa Eleonora/FlowinNature

5.1 Casa Eleonora/FlowinNature can only terminate the agreement because of circumstances that are of such a nature that Casa Eleonora/FlowinNature's further commitment to the agreement cannot reasonably be required.


5.2 Casa Eleonora/FlowinNature will immediately inform the customer in writing or by e-mail of the cancellation, stating the reason.


5.3 In any case, Casa Eleonora/FlowinNature has the right to cancel the agreement without being liable for any damage if:

the number of registrations for the week in question is lower than the minimum number stated on the Casa Eleonora/FlowinNature website and the cancellation is made at least 6 weeks before departure;

in the event of force majeure, including abnormal and unforeseen circumstances, independent of the will of Casa Eleonora/FlowinNature and the consequences of which could not be avoided despite all precautions; examples of force majeure are political unrest, war, scarcity, natural disasters and strikes.


Article 6 - Change by Casa Eleonora/FlowinNature

6.1 Casa Eleonora/FlowinNature has the right to change the agreement on a substantial point due to serious circumstances immediately communicated to the customer.

In that case the customer has the right to cancel and refund (of the already paid part) the travel sum.


Article 7 - Liability of Casa Eleonora/FlowinNature

7.1 Casa Eleonora/FlowinNature is responsible towards the customer for the proper execution of the obligations arising from the agreement, regardless of whether these are performed by itself or by other service providers engaged by it.


7.2 Casa Eleonora / FlowinNature is not liable for damage that is the result of:

shortcomings in the implementation of the agreement on the basis of circumstances attributable to the customer, including damage that is the result of the customer's health condition;

acts and influences of third parties not directly involved in the execution of the trip;

circumstances that are not due to the fault of Casa Eleonora/FlowinNature and / or cannot reasonably be attributed to Casa Eleonora under Belgian law or the standards applicable in society.


7.3 Casa Eleonora/ FlowinNature does not accept any liability for damage for which travel and / or cancellation insurance tend to provide cover.


7.4 Insofar as Casa Eleonora / FlowinNature can be held liable for damage suffered by the customer, this liability will be limited to the amount of the travel sum.


Article 8 - Obligations of the customer

8.1 The customer is obliged to behave as a good customer.

If he causes such a nuisance or inconvenience that this makes the implementation of the holiday to a great extent more difficult, he can be excluded by Casa Eleonora/FlowinNature from further participation in the holiday. All resulting costs are for the account of the customer, if and insofar as the consequences of nuisance and burden can be attributed to him.


8.2 The customer is obliged to notify Casa Eleonora/FlowinNature or its representative on the spot as soon as possible in writing or in any other suitable form that the client is aware of any negligence in the implementation of the agreement.


8.3 The customer is obliged to take out full insurance coverage for risks that are covered by standard travel and accident insurance. A cancellation insurance is recommended.


8.4 When participating in a course week, the customer declares in writing to Casa Eleonora/FlowinNature that he is in good health and that there are no (medical) objections to (juice) fasting / cures.

If there is a medical complaint, the client must first submit a written statement from his doctor confirming that there are no obstacles for the client to participate.


8.5 The customer takes part in a course week at his own risk and indemnifies Casa Eleonora/FlowinNature against liability in this regard.


Article 9 - Complaints

9.1 Any complaints that exceed the level of a single consideration or consideration must be submitted to the Casa Eleonora / FlowinNature local representative as soon as possible in writing or in any other appropriate form at the place of destination and / or at the place where the complaint arose. and if applicable, as far as possible with the service provider involved.

Casa Eleonora/FlowinNature will respond as adequately as possible to the complaint in question.
